About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Planning Engineer with relevant experience of SAP PS, budgeting & cost control. This position is ideal for a seasoned Mechanical Engineer with proven expertise in turnaround planning, project execution, stakeholder engagement, and leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare Matrix to show split of work into zones / areas and disciplines to define responsibilities. Reviewing WBS and OBS to prepare their mapping.
• Prepare schedules to purchase Bulk materials, Consumables, machines and Plants as per requirement(s).
• Controlling and reporting of Project and Level III plan, anticipate bottlenecks and highlight these to Site Manager.
• Understand the projects chart of accounts and its mapping on to the company’s cost center and closely coordinate with Financial Controller in developing cost reports comparing cost vs. revenue on a cost center basis.
• Monitor project scheduling, monitoring, reporting & execution, ensuring timely completion and necessary corrective actions.
• Develop strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, ensuring smooth communication and project progress.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Relevant fields.
• Experience: 3–4 years of relevant experience in planning, SAP PS, Budgeting & Cost Control.
