Project Engineer – Civil

Wasif Ali & Associates is seeking an experienced Project Engineer – Civil to lead and oversee high-rise building projects. The ideal candidate possesses extensive knowledge in civil engineering design, project management, and structural analysis, applying these skills to ensure the successful completion of construction initiatives. This role requires a professional with at least 15 years of practical experience, specifically in supervising all facets of high-rise building development. The Project Engineer coordinates directly with multiple teams, manages timelines and budgets, and ensures quality standards are consistently met throughout all phases of the project. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential to guide the team effectively and address any technical or operational challenges that arise.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, design, and execution of high-rise building projects, ensuring compliance with engineering standards and client requirements.
• Supervise and coordinate the activities of the team, promoting a collaborative work environment and providing technical guidance.
• Oversee site inspections to evaluate construction progress, structural integrity, and adherence to quality assurance and quality control protocols.
• Utilize AutoCAD and structural analysis tools to review and prepare engineering designs and project documentation.
• Manage project schedules and budgets, addressing any deviations to maintain timely and cost-effective delivery.
• Implement rigorous quality control measures to ensure that all construction activities meet regulatory and safety standards.
• Coordinate with contractors, architects, and clients to resolve technical issues and optimize project outcomes.
• Prepare detailed reports on project status, site conditions, and engineering assessments for stakeholders.
• Identify potential risks during the project lifecycle and develop mitigation plans to minimize impact.
• Ensure all engineering works follow environmental, health, and safety policies throughout project execution.

Eligibility Criteria

• Must be B.Sc Civil Engineering Graduate
• Minimum 15 years working experience with multistorey and finishing
• Experience in building or architectural projects preferred
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 / MS Project and MS Excel
• Strong understanding of construction processes and sequencing
• Excellent communication and organizational skills

Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs180,000.00 - Rs200,000.00 per month
