Project Manager Civil – Projects & Technical Operations

We are seeking a technically strong and mature Civil professional to lead complex construction projects involving high-rise structures, piling works, and deep excavation systems, while also contributing to broader project coordination and stakeholder management at the company level.

The selected candidate will oversee project execution, attend stakeholder meetings, deliver structured presentations, and provide strategic inputs to senior management. High performers will have opportunities for expanded corporate responsibilities over time.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage high-rise and complex construction projects
• Oversee piling operations, deep excavation, shoring systems, and structural works
• Ensure compliance with structural drawings, geotechnical reports, and specifications
• Manage project planning, scheduling, cost control, and resource allocation
• Supervise site teams and specialist subcontractors
• Conduct and attend meetings with clients, consultants, and stakeholders
• Prepare and deliver project presentations and progress reports
• Review IPCs, variations, EOT submissions, and contractual correspondence
• Identify technical and commercial risks and implement mitigation strategies
• Provide structured updates and strategic recommendations to management

Requirements

• BSc Civil Engineering (PEC Registered mandatory)
• 8–12 years of relevant construction experience
• Proven experience in high-rise construction projects
• Hands-on exposure to piling and deep excavation works
• Strong understanding of contractual procedures (FIDIC preferred)
• Strong documentation, reporting, and presentation skills
• Ability to confidently represent the company in stakeholder meetings
• Leadership capability and professional communication skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs150,000.00 - Rs300,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Lahore: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
