SENIOR UPWORK BIDDER

Location: WAPDA Town, Lahore

Base Salary: PKR 50,000 – 80,000 (Based on experience)

Total Compensation: Base Salary + Uncapped Tiered Commissions

We are looking for a closer. If you have mastered the art of the "Upwork hustle" and know how to turn a cold job post into a signed contract, we have a desk (and a lucrative commission check) waiting for you. This isn't just about volume; it’s about quality, conversion, and strategy.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Targeted Bidding: Sifting through the noise to find high-value leads.
• Custom Proposals: Writing high-converting, personalized pitches (No copy-pasting allowed).
• Client Relationship Management: Managing the sales funnel from first response to project kickoff.
• Profile Optimization: Keeping our agency profiles at a 100% Job Success Score.

The Reward: High-Performance Commission Structure

We believe in rewarding the people who drive our revenue. Your hard work translates directly into your paycheck:

• Target Achieved (100%+): Receive 2% of the total revenue generated.
• Partial Achievement (50% - 99%): Receive 1% of the total revenue generated.
• Below 50%: No commission (Base salary only).

Note: For a high-performing bidder, this commission can significantly exceed the base salary.

Requirements:

• Proven Track Record: At least 2 years of experience bidding on Upwork for an agency.
• Portfolio: Ability to show a history of successful hires and positive client feedback.
• English Mastery: Excellent written communication skills with the ability to adopt a professional, persuasive tone.
• Strategic Thinking: Ability to analyze project requirements and provide basic estimations/consultations.
• Availability: Must be able to work [Specify Shift: e.g., Evening/Night] to align with US/EU time zones.
