Senior Data Integration Engineer

The Senior Data Integration Engineer is responsible for integrating customer data into the cloud platform. This role ensures data is accurate, consistent, and delivered in a format that supports analytics and reporting. You will collaborate closely with customer IT teams, internal engineering, and customer success teams to enable successful data onboarding and ongoing pipeline performance.

Key Responsibilities

• 
  Perform initial data integrations for new customers and maintain ongoing extraction and transformation processes

• 
  Build and manage ETL/ELT workflows to extract, transform, and load data into databases or data lakes

• 
  Integrate data from APIs, ERPs, databases, web services, and third-party systems

• 
  Automate workflows and optimize existing data processes for performance and scalability

• 
  Ensure data quality by identifying and resolving inconsistencies, errors, and gaps

• 
  Act as the primary technical point of contact for assigned customers

• 
  Analyze customer data to support inventory reduction and shortage prevention goals

• 
  Collaborate with Engineering and Customer Success teams to support data pipeline operations
