Sales Development Representative

We are looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) for Shark Innovations Labs to join our fast-growing inbound sales team. We are looking for candidates who are enthusiastic about sales.

Responsibilities:

· Initiate contact with potential customers through various channels, including phone, chat, email, and social media platforms such as Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter.

· Engage with business prospects from around the world, providing a diverse and ever-changing work environment.

· Collaborate with overseas departments to ensure effective communication of feedback regarding initiatives, products, and marketing campaigns.

· Actively pursue and qualify valuable business opportunities while implementing successful selling strategies and techniques.

· Cultivate and nurture relationships with clients and colleagues through various online and offline channels, establishing trust and rapport.

· Educate clients about our comprehensive freight forwarding services, addressing their logistics needs, and providing tailored solutions.

· Collaborate closely with our logistics team to ensure seamless execution and delivery of freight forwarding services to clients.

· Respond promptly to client inquiries, providing accurate and detailed information about our services, pricing, and shipping options.

· Customize freight forwarding solutions to meet each client's specific requirements, offering competitive advantages and value-added services.

Requirements:

· Strong English oral and written communication skills to effectively convey complex supply chain and freight forwarding concepts.

· Maintain an active social media presence on platforms like Twitter, Facebook, and LinkedIn, demonstrating an understanding of social media engagement.

· Present yourself as a confident and engaging personality capable of connecting with individuals at all levels of management.

· Maintain composure and resilience, handling rejection professionally while remaining focused on goals.

· While a bachelor's degree in Marketing or Supply Chain is preferred, we also value relevant experience and a passion for the industry.

Pay: Rs70,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
