Lead Generation & Email Marketing Specialist

Summer: 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM Pakistan Time
Winter: 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM Pakistan Time

This role supports international operations and requires availability during night shift hours.

Role Objective

Build and manage structured outbound lead generation systems targeting international B2B clients for Xorora’s data, digital, and software services.

This is a performance driven pipeline creation role.

International Communication Standard

  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills are mandatory
  • Ability to write persuasive, structured outreach emails
  • Comfortable engaging international prospects

Key Responsibilities

Prospect Research

  • Identify decision makers across target industries
  • Build structured prospect databases
  • Conduct company and competitor research

Cold Email Campaigns

  • Design and execute cold email sequences
  • Personalise messaging for higher response rates
  • Optimise subject lines and messaging angles
  • Conduct A/B testing

LinkedIn Outreach

  • Initiate structured LinkedIn conversations
  • Connect with relevant prospects
  • Support appointment setting process

Data & CRM Management

  • Maintain clean and accurate CRM records
  • Track outreach metrics and response rates
  • Maintain pipeline discipline

Campaign Optimisation

  • Improve open rates and reply rates
  • Analyse conversion data
  • Suggest messaging improvements

Performance Expectations

  • Achieve defined monthly outreach targets
  • Generate qualified leads for Business Development team
  • Improve reply and meeting conversion rates
  • Maintain structured reporting

Requirements

  • 3+ years experience in B2B lead generation or outbound marketing
  • Experience running cold email campaigns
  • Strong understanding of LinkedIn prospecting
  • Experience with outreach tools is an advantage
  • Strong analytical mindset
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
  • Ability to work independently
  • Night shift availability

Preferred

  • Experience targeting US or European markets
  • Experience in IT services or consulting industry
  • Familiarity with CRM systems
