We work with multiple brands and help businesses build scalable, consistent, and results driven digital presences.Role OverviewWe are seeking a Digital Marketing Executive to support content creation, social media management, and digital campaign execution. This role requires a balance of marketing understanding, creative execution, and performance awareness. The ideal candidate can plan content, design high quality creatives using Canva, and contribute to campaign optimisation.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Plan, create, and manage social media content for Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn</li><li>Design high quality digital creatives using Canva including posts, carousels, ads, stories, and banners</li><li>Support the execution and optimisation of Meta advertising campaigns. Basic Google Ads knowledge is an advantage</li><li>Develop content ideas aligned with brand goals, audience engagement, and platform best practices</li><li>Maintain consistent brand identity and messaging across all digital channels</li><li>Monitor content and campaign performance and provide improvement recommendations</li><li>Coordinate with internal stakeholders to meet deadlines and campaign objectives</li></ul>Required Skills and Experience<ul><li>2 to 3 years of experience in digital marketing or social media marketing</li><li>Strong proficiency in Canva with the ability to produce clean, on brand designs</li><li>Good understanding of social media platforms, content formats, and current trends</li><li>Experience creating ad creatives and supporting paid social campaigns</li><li>Basic understanding of SEO, analytics, or performance tracking is preferred</li><li>Strong attention to detail and ability to manage tasks independently</li></ul>What We Offer<ul><li>Initial 3 month in office probation period</li><li>Hybrid working model after successful probation</li><li>Monthly salary between PKR 60,000 and 80,000 based on skills and portfolio</li><li>Performance review and potential salary increment after probation</li><li>Opportunity to work on multiple brands and grow within a data and digital focused company</li></ul>How to ApplyInterested candidates should share their CV and portfolio atEmail: Info@xorora.comJob Type: Full-timeWork Location: In person
