Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to manage our financial records, ensure regulatory compliance, and support the company’s financial health. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills and hands-on experience with accounting software.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate financial records and the general ledger of all types.
• Prepare daybook entries daily and email to the Islamabad office
• Manage accounts payable and receivable
• Reconcile bank statements on a regular basis
• Cash and bank dealings
• Coordinate with accounts receivable and payables
• Settlement of the employee’s ledger every month
• Preparation of Employment letters
• Record of company registrations/vendors
• Procurement record dealing
• Employees’ attendance record
• Withholding tax deduction record

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Minimum 2–5 years of relevant experience
• Good communication and reporting skills
• Preferred Qualifications:
• B.com, BBA
• Experience in manufacturing or the lighting/engineering sector
