We are seeking a skilled Arabic Content & Client Coordinator to manage client communications and produce high-quality Arabic content that resonates with the target audience. The ideal candidate will be fluent in Arabic, ideally in the Emirati dialect, and able to translate, create, and adapt content across various platforms while supporting smooth client interactions.
Key Responsibilities
- Translate English content into Arabic with precision, ensuring cultural appropriateness and alignment with the Emirati dialect.
- Develop and refine Arabic copy for social media, websites, marketing materials, and client communications.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, understanding their needs and providing day-to-day support.
- Manage client expectations by sharing updates, incorporating feedback, and ensuring timely delivery of work.
- Collaborate with internal teams—design, social media, and strategy—to implement client projects efficiently.
- Contribute creative ideas during brainstorming sessions to strengthen brand messaging and campaign effectiveness.
- Maintain consistent tone, style, and messaging across all client accounts.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
- Fluent in Arabic (Emirati dialect preferred) with strong comprehension of English.
- At least 1 year of relevant experience, ideally in a marketing or advertising agency environment.
- Strong writing and translation skills with the ability to adapt content for different platforms.
- Excellent coordination and client management skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines.
