Job Overview

Xorora is hiring a Senior Full Stack Developer who can lead technical delivery and also support client discovery calls, solution discussions, and technical scoping.

This is not a pure coding role. We are looking for someone who can understand client requirements, ask the right technical questions, recommend practical solutions, and then help deliver those solutions with confidence. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working across frontend, backend, databases, APIs, integrations, cloud environments, and modern development workflows.

This role is best suited for a senior developer who has strong communication skills, commercial awareness, and the maturity to represent the technical side of the business during discussions with international clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and delivery of full stack web applications for international clients
• Join discovery calls with clients and prospects to understand business needs and technical requirements
• Support business development during pre sales discussions by providing technical input and solution direction
• Translate business requirements into clear technical plans, architecture recommendations, and delivery scopes
• Build and maintain frontend and backend systems using modern frameworks and best practices
• Develop APIs, integrations, database driven applications, and scalable backend logic
• Review technical feasibility and identify risks, dependencies, and delivery considerations early
• Collaborate with business development, design, data, and delivery teams to shape practical solutions
• Guide junior and mid level developers when required
• Contribute to code quality, system performance, security, and maintainability
• Support AI automation, process automation, and workflow improvement initiatives where relevant

Required Skills and Experience

• 5+ years of hands on full stack development experience
• Strong frontend experience with technologies such as React, Next.js, Vue.js, or similar modern frameworks
• Strong backend development experience using Node.js, Python, PHP, .NET, or comparable technologies
• Strong understanding of APIs, authentication, integrations, and application architecture
• Solid experience with SQL and relational databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or SQL Server
• Good understanding of cloud platforms, hosting, deployment workflows, and version control
• Experience working with Git and professional development practices
• Ability to understand business problems and turn them into practical technical solutions
• Excellent spoken and written English is mandatory
• Confidence in speaking with international clients and explaining technical concepts clearly
• Ability to work evening and night shift hours aligned with international markets

Preferred Experience

• Experience in a software house, consultancy, agency, or client services environment
• Experience participating in solution design, effort estimation, and technical scoping
• Familiarity with WordPress, headless CMS, ecommerce platforms, or custom web solutions
• Exposure to AI automation tools, LLM based workflows, chatbots, business automation, or process automation
• Experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud is a plus
• Understanding of performance optimisation, secure development, and scalable architecture is a plus
