Junior Software Engineer (Algorithmic Trading Systems) C++ / C / MT5 / MT4

PSI Square is a specialized software company focused on algorithmic trading and financial technology solutions. We design and develop automated trading systems, indicators, and custom trading engines used by clients in live financial markets.

Our work spans multiple platforms including MetaTrader 4 (MT4), MetaTrader 5 (MT5), TradingView, and NinjaTrader 8.

About the Role

We are looking for a Junior Software Engineer with strong C++ fundamentals and a passion for problem-solving.

In this role, you will work on algorithmic trading systems and automation tools used in real financial markets. You will gain hands-on experience with platforms such as MT4, MT5, TradingView, and NinjaTrader 8.

No prior trading experience is required — full training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance trading bots (Expert Advisors) and indicators
• Work on algorithmic trading systems across MT4, MT5, TradingView, and NinjaTrader 8
• Debug, test, and improve existing trading applications
• Handle real-time price data and trade execution logic
• Optimize code for performance and reliability

Required Skills

• Strong fundamentals in C++
• Good understanding of:
• Object-Oriented Programming (OOP)
• Loops, conditions, and functions
• Debugging and logical problem-solving
• Ability to read and modify existing code
• Strong analytical thinking

Experience

• Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply
• Candidates with up to 1 year of programming experience may also apply

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
• Strong interest in backend or system-level development
• Interest in algorithmic trading or financial systems is a plus (not required)
• Willingness to learn and grow in a specialized domain
