3D Lifestyle is urgently looking for "IT Engineer"

Location: Johar Town, Lahore

Gender: Male

Must have his own vehicle

Education:

• Masters / Bachelors in BSCS or BS-IT.

Requirements:

• 2-4 year experience in field. (Required)
• Passionate about hands-on Work.
• Network management: firewall and switches
• IT projects handler.
• Operating system: Windows, MacOS.
• First hand hardware repairing: laptops and PCs.
• Printers management.

Responsibilities:

• Manage Call Center activities.
• Manage the network of 3D Johar Town and give system support.
• Check and update all PCs and laptops.
• Offers first-hand repair assistance for PCs and laptops.
• Offer remote help to all 3D centres in Pakistan.
• First-hand support for 3D mobile applications (OTP required at enrollment).
• Manage Internet and Lesco billing for Lahore centres (JT, GG, WT, and P5).
• Managing Hubstaff Attendance.
• Keep JT's IT inventory updated.
• Responsible for procuring new items for the phone centre and JT office.
• The PR Team is in charge of technical inventory management as well as camera issuance and receiving.
• Manage the server room's gear and keep it neat and clean.
• Responsibility for issuing and receiving information technology equipment
• Data backup responsibilities
• Communicates with ISPs for internet inquiries and merchants for purchases.
• Wi-Fi and Internet connectivity management
• Provides remote help to 3D professionals across Pakistan.
