Electrical Instructor

The Hunar Foundation is looking for a qualified and experienced Electrical Instructor to deliver technical training in electrical trade, support student development, and oversee practical maintenance of institute electrical systems.

The role requires strong technical teaching capability along with hands-on experience in electrical systems, maintenance, and student placement support.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver academic and practical training in Electrical Trade
• Conduct theory and hands-on sessions for students
• Manage routine electrical maintenance within the institute
• Monitor solar systems, generators, UPS, and battery systems
• Support student admissions and placement activities
• Maintain workshop discipline, safety standards, and training records
• Assess student progress through practical evaluations

Required Qualification

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• DAE Electrical Apprenticeship

Experience Required

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
• Prior teaching experience in technical/vocational institutes preferred

Skills Required

• Strong command of electrical systems and maintenance
• Teaching and demonstration skills
• Industrial electrical troubleshooting knowledge
• Understanding of solar systems, generator operations, UPS, and batteries
• Good communication and classroom management skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
