We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist who can go beyond basic recruitment and play a key role in building strong teams and improving hiring systems.

Role Overview

This role is focused on identifying, attracting, and hiring high quality talent across technical and business functions while also contributing to hiring processes and HR policy development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end to end recruitment for IT, digital, and business roles
  • Actively source candidates through LinkedIn, Indeed, and direct outreach
  • Screen candidates and conduct structured initial interviews
  • Coordinate hiring processes with leadership and hiring managers
  • Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines
  • Improve recruitment workflows, frameworks, and hiring quality
  • Contribute to HR policies and hiring standards
  • Ensure a professional and consistent candidate experience

Requirements

  • Experience hiring for IT, software, or technical roles preferred
  • Strong sourcing skills (LinkedIn, job portals, outbound hiring)
  • Ability to assess candidate quality beyond CV screening
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Familiarity with ATS or recruitment tools is a plus
