Key Responsibilities
Employer & Corporate Coordination
- Develop partnerships with companies for hiring PNY students
- Conduct meetings with HR departments for job placements
- Maintain strong relationships with existing employer network
Placement & Recruitment Activities
- Identify hiring needs and match candidates accordingly
- Share candidate profiles and coordinate interviews
- Ensure successful placement of students
Job Fairs & Events
- Plan and organize job fairs, career expos, and recruitment drives
- Invite companies and ensure their participation
- Coordinate event logistics and candidate registrations
Marketing & Outreach
- Promote PNY Career to companies
- Approach new organizations for MOU signings
- Increase employer registrations on the job portal
Reporting & Coordination
- Maintain employer database and placement records
- Track KPIs (placements, company onboarding, interviews)
- Coordinate with HR, Training, and Marketing teams
Education Required
- Bachelor’s degree in:
- Business Administration (BBA)
- Human Resource Management
- Marketing or relevant field
Experience Required
1–3 years of experience in:
- Business Development
- HR / Recruitment
- Corporate Sales / Client Handling
- Experience in training institutes or job portals will be preferred
Required Skills
- Strong communication & negotiation skills
- Client handling & relationship management
- Knowledge of recruitment & hiring processes
- Event management (job fairs / hiring drives)
- MS Office & reporting skills
- Target-oriented & proactive approach
Preferred Skills (Bonus)
- Experience with job portals like Rozee.pk, LinkedIn
- Existing corporate contacts / HR network
- Understanding of student placement systems
