Requirement:
1. Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration or Management
2. At least 2 years of hiring experience on job portals, social media, referrals etc
3. Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel for reporting.
4. High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and ethical conduct.
5. Proven experience in a training business environment (preferred)
6. Professional HR certifications desired but not mandatory
Job Description Summary:
The HR Recruiter role demands a highly organized and proactive professional with strong talent acquisition, coordination, and stakeholder management skills. The position is critical in ensuring timely and quality hiring through effective sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding coordination while maintaining compliance with HR policies and labor laws.
This role plays a vital part in strengthening the organization’s workforce by supporting manpower planning, employer branding, and data-driven recruitment practices, thereby enabling sustainable organizational growth and operational continuity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, including manpower planning, requisition approval, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding coordination.
- Supervise, guide, and mentor the recruitment team to ensure hiring targets, quality standards, and timelines are consistently met.
- Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies using job portals, social media platforms, referrals, headhunting, campus hiring, and strategic partnerships.
- Review and approve job advertisements before posting across internal and external recruitment channels.
- Conduct or oversee initial screening interviews and ensure shortlisting aligns with job requirements and organizational standards.
- Coordinate with hiring managers and department heads to understand workforce needs, role specifications, and hiring priorities.
- Ensure smooth interview coordination, timely feedback collection, and candidate follow-ups to maintain a positive candidate experience.
- Review, approve, and coordinate issuance of offer letters, employment contracts, and joining documentation.
- Monitor recruitment KPIs such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, source effectiveness, and offer acceptance rate; prepare and present hiring reports to senior management.
- Ensure recruitment timelines are met in accordance with approved manpower plans and business requirements.
- Maintain and oversee accurate recruitment trackers, dashboards, and candidate databases for current and future hiring needs.
- Drive employer branding and talent attraction initiatives in coordination with marketing and training teams to strengthen PNY’s employer image.
- Represent the organization at job fairs, career expos, campus drives, and recruitment events as required.
- Ensure compliance with company HR policies, SOPs, and applicable labor laws throughout the recruitment process.
- Audit and maintain complete recruitment documentation, interview evaluations, and hiring records for reporting and compliance purposes.
- Identify recruitment challenges, hiring bottlenecks, and process gaps; propose and implement improvements to enhance recruitment efficiency.
- Coordinate onboarding and orientation activities to ensure smooth integration of new hires.
- Perform any other duties or assignments assigned by senior management in support of organizational objectives.
Pay: Rs35,000.00 - Rs40,000.00 per month
