RTC Digital Solutions is looking for an HR Executive (focused on Recruitment & Hiring) to support our growing team. This role is ideal for candidates with BPO hiring experience who can manage bulk and fast-paced recruitment.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time (Onsite)
• Shift: Night Shift
• Working Days: Monday to Saturday
• Location: Gulberg III, Lahore

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle (sourcing to onboarding)
• Handle bulk hiring for different roles
• Screen candidates and conduct initial interviews
• Post jobs on LinkedIn, job portals, and social platforms
• Maintain candidate pipeline and hiring trackers
• Coordinate with hiring managers for requirements
• Ensure timely closures and quality hiring

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in BPO recruitment
• Strong understanding of hiring funnels and sourcing strategies
• Experience in bulk hiring and fast closures
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet hiring targets
• Must be available for onsite night shift
