HR Intern

Job Summary:

The HR Intern will support the Human Resources department in daily administrative and operational tasks. This role provides hands-on experience in various HR functions, including recruitment, employee records management, and coordination activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
  • Support onboarding and orientation of new employees
  • Assist in preparing HR documents such as contracts, letters, and reports
  • Coordinate with employees regarding HR-related queries
  • Help in attendance and leave management
  • Support payroll-related data preparation (if required)

Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, (Master Preffered)
  • Basic understanding of HR functions
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
