Job Summary:
Metaline Industries is seeking a dynamic and data-driven HR Business Partner (HRBP) to manage end-to-end HR operations . The role focuses on recruitment, onboarding, training coordination, HR analytics, and knowledge management, ensuring effective employee lifecycle management in a manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection for management and staff positions
- Conduct induction & onboarding and manage employee lifecycle till confirmation
- Develop and maintain HR dashboards and reports (Excel-based).
- Lead Knowledge Management initiatives (technical & non-technical documentation, SOPs).
- Identify and coordinate training & development programs.
- Conduct employee engagement surveys and analyze feedback.
- Ensure implementation of HR policies and compliance.
- Act as a bridge between employees, management, and HR CoE.
Requirements:
Education:
- MBA / BBA (HR) or equivalent
Experience:
- 3–5 years of HR experience with strong focus on Training & Development and HR Reporting/Analytics
- Experience in manufacturing or industrial environment preferred
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong Excel and data analysis skills
- Knowledge of HR Analytics and Reporting
- Good understanding of employee lifecycle management
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to handle multiple HR operations in a fast-paced environment
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs85,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
