Human Resource Business Partner (HRBP)

Job Summary:

Metaline Industries is seeking a dynamic and data-driven HR Business Partner (HRBP) to manage end-to-end HR operations . The role focuses on recruitment, onboarding, training coordination, HR analytics, and knowledge management, ensuring effective employee lifecycle management in a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection for management and staff positions
  • Conduct induction & onboarding and manage employee lifecycle till confirmation
  • Develop and maintain HR dashboards and reports (Excel-based).
  • Lead Knowledge Management initiatives (technical & non-technical documentation, SOPs).
  • Identify and coordinate training & development programs.
  • Conduct employee engagement surveys and analyze feedback.
  • Ensure implementation of HR policies and compliance.
  • Act as a bridge between employees, management, and HR CoE.

Requirements:

Education:

  • MBA / BBA (HR) or equivalent

Experience:

  • 3–5 years of HR experience with strong focus on Training & Development and HR Reporting/Analytics
  • Experience in manufacturing or industrial environment preferred

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong Excel and data analysis skills
  • Knowledge of HR Analytics and Reporting
  • Good understanding of employee lifecycle management
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to handle multiple HR operations in a fast-paced environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs85,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
