HR Intern

Our dedicated team of professionals collaborates to deliver exceptional design and web development services, enhancing brand identities worldwide. We are seeking an HR Intern to join our team at our Gulberg 3 office in Lahore.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in recruitment processes, including job postings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
• Maintain employee records and ensure all documentation is accurate and up to date.
• Handle employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
• Support HR manager and Executive Trainer in implementing HR programs and initiatives.
• Assist in organizing company events, training sessions, and employee engagement activities.
• Collaborate with departments to ensure HR processes align with organizational goals.
• Prepare HR-related reports and presentations as needed.
• Assist in creating daily and weekly Performance Management Reports.
• Perform any task assigned by the HR Manager.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field.
• Proven at least 3 months of experience as an HR Intern or similar role is a plus.
• Proficiency in HRMS software is a plus.
• Sound knowledge of HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance.
• Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Familiarity with labor laws and regulations in Pakistan.

Working Conditions:

• Position: HR Intern
• Duration: 3 Months
• Location: Gulberg 3, Lahore, Pakistan
• Office Hours: 10:00 AM to 07:00 PM,
• Office Days: Monday to Saturday
• Stipend: PKR 15,000 per month

Contract length: 3 months

Pay: Rs15,000.00 per month
