Recruitment officer

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for overseas positions (Gulf, Europe, or other international markets)
  • Coordinate with foreign clients to understand job requirements and hiring needs
  • Source candidates through job portals, social media, and internal databases
  • Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and shortlist suitable candidates
  • Arrange and coordinate interviews between candidates and overseas employers
  • Handle documentation processes including CV formatting, passport verification, and visa requirements
  • Ensure compliance with international recruitment laws and company policies
  • Maintain candidate records and recruitment reports
  • Provide guidance to candidates regarding job roles, contracts, and relocation procedures
  • Follow up with selected candidates until deployment
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree (HR, Business Administration, or relevant field)
  • Proven experience in overseas recruitment or HR (preferred)
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Familiarity with recruitment platforms (e.g., Indeed, LinkedIn)
  • Knowledge of visa processes and international hiring is a plus
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
