Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3 years of proven experience in HR, handling recruitment, employee engagement, and HR operations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with employees and leadership.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to handle complex employee matters.
- In-depth understanding of HR compliance, labor laws, and best practices.
- Demonstrated leadership ability and experience in managing or mentoring teams.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR management systems.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding, ensuring a strong talent pipeline.
- Serve as the first point of contact for employee concerns, resolving issues professionally and maintaining a positive work environment.
- Oversee onboarding, performance management, and employee development programs.
- Manage payroll processing and related statutory compliance including EOBI and PESSI.
- Ensure all HR policies and practices comply with company guidelines and labor laws.
- Drive employee engagement, training, and retention initiatives to build a motivated workforce.
- Maintain accurate HR records, reports, and documentation.
- Support leadership in implementing HR strategies that align with organizational objectives.
