Job Summary:
Metaline Industries is looking for a detail-oriented and analytical professional for the role of Assistant Manager – OD & Performance Management. The position will support the development and coordination of key HR frameworks including organizational structure, job descriptions, KPIs, performance management system, and compensation processes, ensuring alignment with business needs in a manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support development and maintenance of organizational structures and workforce planning
- Prepare and update Job Descriptions (JDs) across all departments
- Assist in development and documentation of KPIs
- Coordinate and manage Performance Management System (PMS) cycles
- Support compensation & benefits analysis and annual increment process
- Develop and maintain HR policies and documentation
- Prepare organizational reports and HR analytics (Excel-based)
- Ensure HR documentation is audit-ready (OEM/compliance requirements)
- Coordinate closely with HRBP and department heads for implementation
Requirements:
Education:
- MBA / BBA (HR) or equivalent
Experience:
- 4–6 years of HR experience with exposure to OD, PMS, and HR frameworks
- Hands-on experience in JDs, KPIs, performance management, and increment processes
- Experience in data analysis and Excel-based HR reporting
- Experience in manufacturing or industrial environment preferred
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong analytical and structured thinking
- Excellent documentation and policy development skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel (reporting & data handling)
- Strong coordination and communication skills
- High attention to detail and process orientation

Pay: Rs85,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
