We are seeking a versatile and proactive HR Generalist to join our team and handle a variety of human resources tasks. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance. Key Responsibilities
- Administer day-to-day HR operations, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including posting job advertisements, screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and coordinating onboarding processes.
- Serve as the first point of contact for employees on HR-related inquiries, resolving issues promptly and professionally.
- Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Coordinate employee benefits programs, including enrollment, changes, and inquiries.
- Support performance management initiatives, including goal setting, appraisals, and feedback processes.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Monitor compliance with labor laws and regulations, ensuring organizational adherence to applicable standards.
- Collaborate with management to identify and address employee training and development needs.
- Conduct exit interviews and provide analysis to improve employee retention and satisfaction.
- Support HR projects such as diversity initiatives, wellness programs, and employee engagement activities.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience:
- 2+ years of experience in a human resources role.
- Familiarity with HRIS systems and recruitment platforms is a plus.
- Skills:
- Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR software tools.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Problem-solving mindset with a high level of initiative.
