We Are Hiring: HR Coordinator – Site Operations

Company: Union Developers

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Coordinator to join our Site Operations team and support HR functions at project sites.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage on-site employee records (attendance, joining, exits)
  • Support recruitment, onboarding & workforce coordination
  • Assist in payroll inputs and attendance monitoring
  • Ensure HR policies and compliance at site level
  • Coordinate with Head Office for HR reporting & documentation
  • Handle basic employee queries and site HR matters

What We’re Looking For

✔ Minimum Bachelor’s degree (Graduation required)
1–2 years of HR experience (site/construction experience preferred)
✔ Strong coordination & communication skills
✔ Good command of MS Excel
✔ Ability to work in a fast-paced site environment
