Assistant Manager HR (Onsite, Lahore, PKR Salary)

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3 years of proven experience in HR, handling recruitment, employee engagement, and HR operations.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with employees and leadership.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to handle complex employee matters.
  • In-depth understanding of HR compliance, labor laws, and best practices.
  • Demonstrated leadership ability and experience in managing or mentoring teams.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR management systems.


Responsibilities:

  • Lead the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding, ensuring a strong talent pipeline.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for employee concerns, resolving issues professionally and maintaining a positive work environment.
  • Oversee onboarding, performance management, and employee development programs.
  • Manage payroll processing and related statutory compliance including EOBI and PESSI.
  • Ensure all HR policies and practices comply with company guidelines and labor laws.
  • Drive employee engagement, training, and retention initiatives to build a motivated workforce.
  • Maintain accurate HR records, reports, and documentation.
  • Support leadership in implementing HR strategies that align with organizational objectives.
