• Talent Acquisition & Recruitment: Lead end-to-end recruitment, talent sourcing, and onboarding processes to attract and retain high-potential talent.
• Learning & Development: Design, implement, and monitor training and development programs to build a high-performing workforce aligned with organizational goals.
• Performance Management: Drive performance management initiatives, including KPI setting, performance appraisals, and continuous feedback mechanisms to enhance employee productivity.
• Organizational Development: Support initiatives to strengthen organizational capability, culture, and employee engagement.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs65,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
