HR Executive

Position: Female HR Executive

Location: DHA Rahbar, Lahore (Onsite)

Minimum Experience: 1–2 Years (Salary can be negotiated as per demand and skills)

Working Hours: 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM (Weekend Off)

Job Description:

We are looking for a professional and confident Female HR Executive to support our recruitment, employee coordination, and HR operations. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, organizational abilities, and a professional approach toward employee management and hiring processes.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews.

2. Coordinate onboarding and employee documentation processes.

3. Maintain employee records and HR databases efficiently.

4. Communicate professionally with candidates and employees regarding HR matters.

5. Assist in implementing company policies and workplace procedures.

6. Handle attendance, leave records, and daily HR administrative tasks.

7. Coordinate with different departments for hiring requirements and employee concerns.

8. Support employee engagement activities and maintain a positive workplace environment.

9. Prepare HR reports, job postings, and internal communications when required.

Qualifications:

Experience: Experience: Minimum 1–2 years of experience in HR, Recruitment, or Administration.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred.

Preferred Skills:

• Strong verbal and written English communication
• Recruitment & candidate coordination
• Microsoft Office / Google Workspace proficiency
• Organizational & multitasking skills
• Professional email communication
• Knowledge of LinkedIn, Indeed, and hiring platforms
• Ability to handle confidential information professionally
