HR Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and organized HR Executive to manage day-to-day HR operations, employee coordination, recruitment activities, attendance management, and policy compliance. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple HR functions efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage employee attendance, leave records, and timesheets.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and HR regulations.
• Handle day-to-day HR and administrative operations.
• Source, screen, and coordinate candidates for open positions.
• Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers.
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
• Assist in onboarding and orientation of new employees.
• Monitor employee performance, discipline, and workplace conduct.
• Support employee engagement and HR initiatives.
• Coordinate with different departments for operational HR requirements.
• Prepare HR reports and maintain accurate data records.
• Assist management in implementing HR policies and process improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in HR operations or recruitment.
• Good understanding of HR processes and labor compliance.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in recruitment and employee relations.
• Familiarity with attendance and HR management systems.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
