Below are the key responsibilities for each role:D365 F&amp;O &ndash; Technical1- Finance<ul><li>Develop and customize finance modules in D365 F&amp;O</li><li>Integrate financial systems and automate processes</li><li>Support reporting and data management</li></ul>2- SCM<ul><li>Customize and enhance supply chain processes</li><li>Work on integrations across procurement, inventory, and logistics</li><li>Troubleshoot and optimize system performance</li></ul>3- Production<ul><li>Develop solutions for manufacturing and production workflows</li><li>Support production planning and execution processes</li><li>Ensure system efficiency and accuracy</li></ul>4- Project Accounting<ul><li>Implement and customize project accounting features</li><li>Support billing, costing, and project tracking processes</li><li>Integrate project modules with finance systems</li></ul>5- Advanced Warehouse Management<ul><li>Configure and develop warehouse management solutions</li><li>Optimize inventory tracking and warehouse operations</li><li>Support automation and scanning processes</li></ul>6- Transportation<ul><li>Develop and support transportation management solutions</li><li>Optimize route planning and freight management</li><li>Integrate logistics workflows with SCM</li></ul>7- Asset Management<ul><li>Customize asset lifecycle and maintenance solutions</li><li>Support asset tracking, depreciation, and reporting</li><li>Improve system efficiency for asset operations</li></ul>8- Retail<ul><li>Develop retail and POS solutions within D365</li><li>Support store operations, pricing, and promotions</li><li>Integrate retail systems with backend operations</li></ul>9- HR<ul><li>Customize HR modules and employee management solutions</li><li>Support payroll, benefits, and performance processes</li><li>Ensure smooth HR system operations</li></ul>D365 F&amp;O &ndash; Functional / Specialist10- Senior Commerce Developer<ul><li>Design and develop eCommerce solutions within D365 Commerce</li><li>Customize storefronts and integrate payment systems</li><li>Optimize performance and user experience</li></ul>11- Functional Consultant / Product Expert &ndash; Contracts &amp; Billing<ul><li>Configure contracts and billing processes in D365</li><li>Support invoicing, subscription, and revenue workflows</li><li>Collaborate with stakeholders to improve business processes</li></ul>D365 Customer Engagement (CE / CRM)12- Project Manager (CRM)<ul><li>Lead D365 CE project delivery and timelines</li><li>Coordinate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders</li><li>Ensure successful implementation and client satisfaction</li></ul>13- Solution Architect<ul><li>Design end-to-end D365 CE solutions</li><li>Define system architecture and integration strategies</li><li>Guide technical teams and ensure best practices</li></ul>14- Sales Consultant<ul><li>Configure and optimize sales processes in D365 CE</li><li>Support lead-to-opportunity and pipeline management</li><li>Provide insights to improve sales performance</li></ul>15- Customer Service Consultant<ul><li>Implement customer service workflows and case management</li><li>Enhance support processes and customer experience</li><li>Configure service modules and automation</li></ul>16- Marketing Consultant<ul><li>Develop and manage marketing campaigns in D365 CE</li><li>Configure customer journeys and engagement strategies</li><li>Analyze campaign performance and optimize outcomes</li></ul>Application Question(s):<ul><li>Which position are you applying for?</li><li>How many years of experience do you have in the field you're applying for?</li></ul>Work Location: Remote
