Key Responsibilities: Recruitment & Selection:

  • Assist in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for overseas job opportunities.
  • Coordinate interviews between candidates and international employers.
  • Ensure job descriptions align with employer requirements.
  • Maintain a database of potential overseas candidates.

Documentation & Compliance:

  • Handle visa processing, work permits, and other legal documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with international labor laws and regulations.
  • Assist candidates with medical tests, travel arrangements, and onboarding processes.
  • Work with government agencies and embassies for necessary approvals.

Coordination & Communication:

  • Serve as a liaison between candidates, overseas employers, and recruitment agencies.
  • Provide timely updates to candidates about their application status.
  • Address candidate concerns and guide them throughout the recruitment process.

Administrative & HR Support:

  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
  • Assist in training and orientation programs for selected candidates.
  • Prepare reports on recruitment activities and hiring success rates.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in recruitment, HR, or overseas employment services.
  • Strong understanding of visa processing, labor laws, and overseas employment policies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR software.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines efficiently.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience working with overseas recruitment agencies.
  • Knowledge of Middle Eastern, or Asian employment markets.
  • Fluency in English.

Pay: Rs70,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month

Education:

  • Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

  • in HR: 2 years (Preferred)
