Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and organized HR Executive to support the HR Department in administrative and operational tasks. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between the HR management and other departments, ensuring smooth coordination, documentation, and execution of HR activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes, including manpower planning, job posting, candidate screening, interview coordination, preparation of employment documents, and employee orientation.
- Monitor and maintain employee attendance, leave records, overtime data, and workforce information while coordinating with departmental heads and site offices to ensure accuracy.
- Support payroll processing by preparing attendance, deduction, allowance, and overtime data and coordinating with the Finance Department for timely salary disbursement.
- Handle employee relations matters by addressing employee concerns, facilitating grievance resolution, and promoting a positive and productive work environment.
- Coordinate employee performance evaluation processes, maintain appraisal records, and assist in increment, promotion, and confirmation recommendations.
- Maintain accurate employee files, HR databases, contracts, appointment letters, warning notices, and all other HR-related documentation.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, HR procedures, labor laws, and regulatory requirements.
- Organize and coordinate employee training, development programs, and orientation sessions while maintaining training records and assessing training needs.
- Prepare periodic HR reports, workforce statistics, and management summaries related to attendance, recruitment, performance, and employee data.
- Support HR audits, policy implementation, disciplinary proceedings, and other administrative and human resource activities assigned by management.
- Coordinate with department heads and site management to address manpower requirements and workforce planning needs.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee information and sensitive organizational data at all times.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of relevant HR experience.
- Knowledge of recruitment, payroll, attendance, and employee relations.
- Familiarity with labor laws and HR policies.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR software.
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
- Strong reporting, documentation, and record-keeping skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Pay: Rs55,000.00 - Rs75,000.00 per month
