The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between the HR management and other departments, ensuring smooth coordination, documentation, and execution of HR activities.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes, including manpower planning, job posting, candidate screening, interview coordination, preparation of employment documents, and employee orientation.</li><li>Monitor and maintain employee attendance, leave records, overtime data, and workforce information while coordinating with departmental heads and site offices to ensure accuracy.</li><li>Support payroll processing by preparing attendance, deduction, allowance, and overtime data and coordinating with the Finance Department for timely salary disbursement.</li><li>Handle employee relations matters by addressing employee concerns, facilitating grievance resolution, and promoting a positive and productive work environment.</li><li>Coordinate employee performance evaluation processes, maintain appraisal records, and assist in increment, promotion, and confirmation recommendations.</li><li>Maintain accurate employee files, HR databases, contracts, appointment letters, warning notices, and all other HR-related documentation.</li><li>Ensure compliance with company policies, HR procedures, labor laws, and regulatory requirements.</li><li>Organize and coordinate employee training, development programs, and orientation sessions while maintaining training records and assessing training needs.</li><li>Prepare periodic HR reports, workforce statistics, and management summaries related to attendance, recruitment, performance, and employee data.</li><li>Support HR audits, policy implementation, disciplinary proceedings, and other administrative and human resource activities assigned by management.</li><li>Coordinate with department heads and site management to address manpower requirements and workforce planning needs.</li><li>Maintain confidentiality of employee information and sensitive organizational data at all times.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.</li><li>2&ndash;4 years of relevant HR experience.</li><li>Knowledge of recruitment, payroll, attendance, and employee relations.</li><li>Familiarity with labor laws and HR policies.</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office and HR software.</li><li>Problem-solving and decision-making skills.</li><li>Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.</li><li>Strong reporting, documentation, and record-keeping skills.</li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team.</li><li>Detail-oriented with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.</li></ul>What We Offer:<ul><li>Competitive salary package</li><li>Professional working environment</li><li>Opportunities for career growth and learning</li><li>Exposure to large-scale national and international projects</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: Rs55,000.00 - Rs75,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person

Position Title: Architect Department: Design &amp; PlanningPosition SummaryThe Architect is responsible for developing architectural designs, preparing technical drawings, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams, and providing construction support to ensure projects are delivered in accordance with design intent, technical standards, and client requirements.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Prepare concept, schematic, detailed, and construction drawings for architectural projects.</li><li>Develop floor plans, elevations, sections, architectural details, and material specifications.</li><li>Coordinate architectural designs with structural, civil, and MEP disciplines.</li><li>Review shop drawings, material submittals, and technical proposals submitted by contractors.</li><li>Conduct site inspections to ensure architectural works comply with approved drawings and specifications.</li><li>Resolve design and construction-related technical issues during project execution.</li><li>Prepare tender drawings, BOQs, specifications, and project documentation.</li><li>Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, safety requirements, and project standards.</li><li>Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and regulatory authorities.</li><li>Review fa&ccedil;ade, finishing, interior fit-out, and architectural detailing works.</li><li>Maintain design records, revisions, approvals, and as-built documentation.</li><li>Support project planning, design coordination, and project closeout activities.</li></ul>Required Qualifications, Skills &amp; Competencies<ul><li>Bachelor's Degree in Architecture.</li><li>Minimum 3&ndash;5 years of relevant professional experience.</li><li>Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Lumion, and Microsoft Office.</li><li>Strong knowledge of architectural detailing, construction methods, materials, and building codes.</li><li>Ability to prepare technical drawings, specifications, and construction documentation.</li><li>Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Experience in site supervision, design coordination, and consultant management.</li><li>Knowledge of BIM and construction documentation processes is preferred.</li></ul>Employment Type: Full-Time Experience Required: 3&ndash;5 Years Industry: Construction, Engineering &amp; Architecture.Pay: Rs70,000.00 - Rs110,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
