· Maintain and update employee personal files and HR records.

· Ensure all employee documentation is complete, accurate, and properly filed.

· Manage employee data in HRMS, ERP, and other HR databases.

· Prepare HR-related reports and maintain departmental records.

· Assist in attendance, leave, and payroll-related documentation.

· Maintain and regularly update the CV databank.

· Source candidates through job portals, social media, and other recruitment channels.

· Coordinate interviews and assessments with candidates and hiring managers.

· Schedule interviews and ensure timely communication with candidates.

· Conduct follow-ups with candidates throughout the recruitment process.

· Maintain recruitment trackers and hiring records.

· Provide administrative support to the HR Department.

· Coordinate with various departments for HR and administrative matters.

· Manage employee correspondence, letters, and official documentation.

· Support onboarding and induction activities for new employees.

· Assist in organizing employee engagement and company events.

· Ensure timely follow-up on assigned tasks and management instructions.

· Coordinate with employees and department heads to obtain required information and documents.

· Monitor pending tasks and ensure their timely completion.

· Maintain trackers and status reports for ongoing HR activities.

· Ensure confidentiality of employee information and company records.

· Maintain organized filing systems (physical and electronic).

· Ensure compliance with company policies and HR procedures.

· Support internal audits and documentation requirements.

Pay: From Rs60,000.00 per month

Education:

  • Master's (Preferred)

Experience:

  • relevant: 5 years (Preferred)

Language:

  • English (Preferred)
