TectSoft's Hiring: Recruiter (Onsite)

Experience: 2–3 Years

Timing: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Location: Johar Town, Lahore (Onsite)

- Key Responsibilities:

Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for various roles

Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and candidates

Maintain candidate database and recruitment reports

Build strong relationships with potential talent and external job portals

Assist in employer branding and recruitment campaigns

Participate in onboarding process for new hires

- Requirements:

2–3 years of recruitment experience, preferably in IT/software sector

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented

Familiarity with HR tools and job portals
