Job Title: HR Recruiter/ IT Recruiter

Position: Onsite(Johar Town, Lahore)

We’re looking for a driven, confident Recruiter/IT Recruiter to join our growing team. If you have strong communication skills and experience with US recruitment, we’d love to connect with you.

What We’re Looking For:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong command of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Experience using ChatGPT prompts and AI tools for sourcing and outreach
• Understanding of US IT recruitment / HR
• Ability to work night shift (6 PM – 3 AM)
• Target-oriented mindset with strong follow-up skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Marketing bench consultants to vendors and clients
• Building and maintaining strong vendor relationships
• Submitting consultants to relevant job requirements
• Negotiating pay rates and contract terms
• Coordinating interviews and managing follow-ups
• Maintaining daily activity reports and trackers
• Sourcing through job portals and LinkedIn
• Drafting professional emails and proposals
• Achieving weekly and monthly placement targets.
