Lead Generation/Data Miner

Job Title: Data Scraper / Lead Generation Specialist
Location: Broadway, DHA Phase 8, Lahore (Onsite)
Job Type: Full-Time
Working Hours: 7:00 PM – 4:00 AM (Monday to Friday)

Job Overview:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Data Scraper / Lead Generation Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for researching, collecting, and organizing high-quality data and generating qualified leads to support business development and sales efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct online research to identify potential clients and target companies
• Extract and compile data from various sources such as websites, directories, LinkedIn, and other platforms
• Generate accurate and verified leads based on defined criteria
• Maintain and update lead databases (Excel, Google Sheets, or CRM)
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and completeness
• Perform data cleaning, validation, and deduplication
• Collaborate with the sales/marketing team to meet lead generation targets
• Meet daily/weekly productivity and quality benchmarks

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience in data entry, research, or lead generation
• Proven experience in data scraping, web research, or lead generation (preferred)
• Strong proficiency in MS Excel and Google Sheets
• Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo, or similar tools is a plus
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work night shifts (7 PM – 4 AM) onsite
• Good communication skills and ability to meet deadlines
