Lead Generation Specialist / Data Scraper

Overview
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Lead Generation Specialist / Data Scraper to join our dynamic sales team. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in B2B sales and data collection, contributing directly to our company's growth. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, be fluent in English, and ideally speak Spanish. Experience with CRM software such as Salesforce is highly desirable. This role involves sourcing and qualifying potential leads through data scraping and outreach activities, supporting our sales efforts with accurate and up-to-date information.

Duties

  • Conduct targeted research to identify potential business clients using various online tools and platforms
  • Scrape relevant data from websites, directories, and social media channels to build comprehensive lead lists
  • Qualify leads based on specific criteria to ensure they align with company target profiles
  • Engage in telemarketing activities to initiate contact with prospective clients
  • Maintain and update records within CRM software, including Salesforce or similar systems
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop outreach strategies and improve lead quality
  • Generate reports on lead generation activities and outcomes for management review
  • Ensure all data collection complies with relevant privacy laws and company policies

What we want?

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, telemarketing, or lead generation roles is preferred
  • Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or equivalent platforms
  • Strong communication skills in English; proficiency in Spanish is a significant advantage
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • Basic understanding of data scraping tools and techniques is desirable but not essential; training will be provided if necessary
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high accuracy standards
  • Demonstrated ability to adapt quickly to new technologies and processes
