Job Overview

TransMedex is looking for a confident and results-driven Calling Agent to manage outbound calls targeting healthcare providers, clinics, and medical practices in the U.S.

The selected candidate will introduce our Medical Billing and Revenue Cycle Management services , generate qualified leads, and schedule appointments for the business development team.

This is a performance-based role requiring strong communication skills, professionalism, and a basic understanding of U.S. healthcare operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to healthcare providers, clinics, and medical practices in the U.S.
• Introduce TransMedex Medical Billing and RCM services professionally
• Explain benefits such as improved collections, reduced denials, and compliance support
• Identify decision-makers (Practice Managers, Billing Managers, Physicians)
• Qualify prospects and schedule appointments for the sales team
• Maintain accurate and updated CRM records
• Conduct structured follow-ups with interested prospects
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation targets

Requirements

• Strong English communication skills (neutral or fluent accent preferred)
• Prior call center or B2B sales experience preferred
• Experience in Medical Billing / RCM industry is a plus
• Basic understanding of U.S. healthcare billing processes is advantageous
• Confident, persuasive, and target-oriented personality
• Professional attitude with strong objection-handling skills
• Ability to work night shifts (U.S. time zone alignment)
