Schedule: Monday–Saturday, 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM

Job Summary

Scaleup Connect is looking for a motivated and target-driven Sales Specialist to promote and sell mobile accessories within the assigned territory for its client. The ideal candidate will have strong market knowledge, excellent communication skills, and hands-on experience in accessories or consumer electronics sales.

This role requires someone who can build strong relationships with distributors and retailers, expand market coverage, and consistently achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key accounts
  • Ensure proper product placement, visibility, and branding in the market
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand market coverage
  • Monitor stock levels and coordinate with warehouse/logistics teams for timely supply
  • Collect market feedback and report competitor activities
  • Follow up on payments and ensure timely recovery
  • Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in mobile accessories or consumer electronics sales
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets
  • Good knowledge of MS Excel and reporting tools
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned territory
