The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building client relationships, and driving revenue growth. Experience or knowledge in recruitment sales is a strong plus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the US Healthcare and IT markets
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Conduct sales calls, presentations, and follow-ups
• Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs
• Collaborate with recruitment and delivery teams to ensure client satisfaction
• Maintain accurate records in CRM systems

Requirements:

• Proven experience in sales (B2B preferred)
• Knowledge of US Healthcare and/or IT industry
• Recruitment or staffing industry knowledge is a plus
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment
• Self-motivated and results-oriented
