Recruitment Executive (US Healthcare BPO)

We are seeking a skilled Recruitment Executive with 3 to 5 years of experience in talent acquisition, particularly within the US healthcare, medical billing, and BPO sectors. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing and interviewing to onboarding qualified professionals.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top-tier talent.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and workforce planning needs.
  • Post job descriptions, screen resumes, and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications.
  • Maintain a strong pipeline of candidates to meet current and future hiring needs.
  • Ensure smooth onboarding processes for new hires and provide necessary orientation support.
  • Build relationships with candidates to ensure a positive recruitment experience.
  • Handle recruitment reports, documentation, and updates in the HR systems.
  • Support HR initiatives related to staffing, talent management, and workforce development.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a US healthcare or medical billing BPO environment.
  • Strong understanding of US medical billing industry roles and talent requirements.
  • Excellent communication skills, particularly in English (spoken and written).
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR recruitment tools/software.
  • Ability to work night shifts to align with US business hours.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
