Prime Kingdom is a fast-growing BPO service company providing customer support, telemarketing, and back-office solutions to international clients. We are looking for a dedicated and people-oriented HR Executive to manage recruitment, employee engagement, and daily HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Onboarding

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for call center and support staff
• Post job ads, screen resumes, conduct initial interviews
• Coordinate interview schedules with management
• Handle onboarding, documentation, and orientation of new hires

Employee Relations

• Maintain a positive and professional workplace environment
• Address employee queries, concerns, and grievances
• Manage attendance, leaves, and shift coordination
• Support employee engagement activities and team events

HR Operations

• Maintain employee records and HR databases
• Prepare offer letters, contracts, and HR documentation
• Ensure company policies and procedures are followed
• Assist in performance evaluation and probation reviews

Compliance & Administration

• Ensure HR practices follow company policies and local labor laws
• Assist management with HR reports and workforce planning
• Coordinate training and development initiatives

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
• 1–3 years of HR experience (BPO/Call Center experience preferred)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good knowledge of recruitment platforms and MS Office
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Professional, organized, and problem-solving mindset

Salary Range:

• PKR 55,000 to 85,000
