Human Resources Generalist

Job Purpose

Lead HR is responsible for managing end-to-end talent acquisition and supporting other HR functions. The role ensures smooth execution of end-to-end recruitment activities, effective coordination with hiring managers and external recruitment partners, compliance with hiring policies, and delivery of high-quality talent acquisition initiatives that strengthen organizational capability, culture, and long-term talent pipelines.

About the Role : We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting core HR functions, including technical recruitment, organizational development initiatives, training programs, and employee engagement activities.

Qualifications :

• 💼 MBA in HRM or relevant field.
• 🌐 5-7 years of relevant HR experience in talent acquisition, workforce planning, and talent management. Experience in the engineering or power sectors is a plus
• 📊 Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
