Position Title: HR Executive

About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated and organized HR Executive to manage and support the organization’s human resource functions. The ideal candidate will assist in recruitment, employee relations, HR administration, and maintaining accurate HR records while ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities / Job Description:

• Assist in the recruitment process including job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with department heads.
• Maintain and update employee records, personal files, and HR databases.
• Support onboarding and orientation of new employees.
• Monitor employee attendance, leave records, and maintain related documentation.
• Assist in payroll processing with accounting entry configuration by providing necessary employee data.
• Handle employee queries related to HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.
• Prepare HR reports including employee data, attendance summaries, and recruitment status.
• Coordinate training sessions and employee development activities.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee and company information.

Minimum Qualification:

• Bachelor’s Degree (4 Years) in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Human Resource management or HR administration.

Required Skills:

• Knowledge of HR practices and labor laws.
• Proficiency in MS Office (especially MS Excel and MS Word).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good organizational and record-keeping abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
