HR Officer - Software House

About Our Client:

A Wyoming-based and fast-growing IT company founded in 2023.

What We're Looking For:

We are looking for an HR Officer who can establish and maintain strong HR processes, ensure office discipline, support smooth daily operations, and contribute to a healthy and productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities

1. Employee Discipline & Office Management

  • Ensure punctuality, attendance compliance, and overall office discipline.
  • Implement and enforce HR policies, code of conduct, and workplace ethics.
  • Maintain employee records, attendance logs, leaves, and timesheets.
  • Handle conflict resolution and grievance management professionally.
  • Oversee general office management, cleanliness, and workspace discipline.

2. Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Manage interviews, evaluation, selection.
  • Coordinate with department leads to understand hiring needs.
  • Help tech leads in schedule interviews.
  • Conduct onboarding and orientation for new hires.

3. HR Policies & Compliance

  • Draft, update, and enforce HR policies and SOPs.
  • Maintain compliance with local labor laws and company regulations.
  • Ensure proper documentation of employment contracts and disciplinary actions.

4. Performance & Employee Management

  • Assist in performance evaluation cycles.
  • Track monthly KPIs and share reports with management.
  • Support employee motivation, engagement activities, and retention efforts.
  • Identify training needs and arrange skill-development sessions.

5. Payroll & Benefits Coordination

  • Prepare attendance sheets for payroll processing.
  • Manage leaves, vacations, and overtime records.
  • Coordinate with finance for timely salary disbursement.

6. Culture, Communication & Team Support

  • Foster a positive, respectful, and professional work culture.
  • Act as the communication bridge between management and employees.
  • Organize small team events, celebrations, or training sessions as needed.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelors degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of HR experience in a software company.
  • Must be capable and tactful in dealing with an educated and professional workforce.
  • Strong understanding of HR policies, recruitment, and office discipline.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive matters with confidentiality and maturity.
  • Proficiency in MS Office or HR software (attendance, payroll systems).
  • Strong problem-solving, negotiation, and organizational skills.

Work Mode: Onsite, Lahore

Experience: 2+ years

Days: Monday to Friday

Timing: 9AM-6PM

Job Type: Full-time
