ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re looking for a People & Culture Manager (OD & Performance) to build and scale a high-performance, people-first culture at COLABS. This role will lead organizational development, performance frameworks, and employee experience initiatives across the company.

You’ll work closely with leadership to ensure our teams are aligned, engaged, and set up to perform at their best.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

As part of the role, you will be looking after the following:

Organizational Development

• Design and implement OD strategies aligned with business goals
• Lead organizational design, role clarity, and team structuring
• Drive change management initiatives during growth phases

Performance Management

• Build and manage performance review systems (OKRs/KPIs)
• Lead quarterly and annual performance cycles
• Train managers on goal setting, feedback, and performance conversations
• Analyze performance data and recommend improvements

Employee Experience & Engagement

• Design and execute employee engagement initiatives
• Lead feedback loops (surveys, pulse checks, etc.)
• Build programs around learning, development, and growth

Culture & Leadership Enablement

• Partner with leadership to embed COLABS culture and values
• Support managers in team development and conflict resolution
• Drive internal communications and culture initiatives

WHAT OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE LOOKS LIKE

• 5-7 years experience in HR / People & Culture / OD roles
• Strong experience in performance management systems
• Experience in startups / fast-paced environments preferred
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Analytical mindset with ability to use data for decision-making
