HR Executive (Talent Acquisition & Culture)

Location: WAPDA Town, Lahore (Onsite)

Salary: PKR 30,000 – 50,000

Shift: 7 PM to 4 AM

About the Role

We are looking for a people-centric, organized, and proactive HR Executive to join our growing digital marketing agency. You will be the backbone of our team, responsible for finding top-tier talent, streamlining our onboarding process, and ensuring our workplace remains a high-energy, productive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Talent Acquisition: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process (Job posting, initial screening, headhunting on LinkedIn/Indeed, and scheduling technical interviews).
  • Onboarding: Ensure every new hire has a smooth transition into the agency, including equipment setup and orientation.
  • Policy Management: Implement and enforce company policies regarding attendance, leaves, and performance standards.
  • Performance Tracking: Help department heads conduct monthly performance reviews and manage the commission tracking for the sales team.
  • Culture Building: Organize team-building activities, festive celebrations, and office events to maintain high morale.
  • Documentation: Maintain digital and physical records of employees (contracts, attendance, and payroll data).

Requirements:

  • Education: BBA/MBA in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Experience: 1–2 years of HR experience (Experience in a Digital Agency or IT company is a massive plus).
  • Communication: Exceptional English communication skills (both verbal and written).
  • Tech Savvy: Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets) and recruitment platforms like Indeed, LinkedIn, and Rozee.pk.
  • Personality: You must be a "people person" with the ability to handle conflicts professionally and maintain confidentiality.
