Job Description:
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist with experience in technical recruitment to join our HR team. The candidate will be responsible for managing the hiring process and sourcing candidates for technical roles.

Responsibilities:
Manage end to end recruitment for technical roles
Work with hiring managers to understand job requirements
Source candidates using job boards and professional networks
Conduct initial screening interviews
Maintain candidate records and recruitment data
Ensure a smooth hiring process and positive candidate experience

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration or related field
1 to 2 years of experience in technical recruitment
Understanding of technical roles such as MERN Stack, DevOps and Python
Experience using LinkedIn and other sourcing platforms
Good communication and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple roles
